The KS-121 antenna is made for your safety during navigation. When connected to an emergency receiver it picks up SOS signals at the frequency of 121.5 MHz. This frequency is used by all SAR (Search and Rescue) units worldwide to locate distress radio beacons (such as EPIRBs).
